What is JL?notification and details of syllabus?

This is difficult to pin down your specific needs, as JL often refers to audio and sometimes racing. A syllabus is an outline of topics to be covered in a course. If JL is supposed to be a course, then I would "ume" it is something to do with justice learning or something, but it is unclear.
