Is buildup in the arteries permanent?
being skinny doesn't mean you wont have heart problems, but the problems related with eating that stuff would make you fat first, the fats will be stored in your liver and stomach before it starts to clog your veins. generally the plaque doesn't dissolve very quickly. however, you have to eat a lot of that stuff all the time for anything to start sticking to your veins. after it starts to stick it attracts more, and more, so on, so on. so if you eat a lot one day and it sticks, then don't eat that stuff for a while, what would have stuck has probably dissolved. big chunks take longer to dissolve.
