GBA Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories-Riku Q?

hi all, I am kinda stuck at the Riku reverse/rebirth game where he has to fight his own fake, seems like the fake is very powerful, anyone who's ped through this stage, some advice how do you do it? Thanks!
