It's close, but I'd suggest increasing your fruits and vegetables even more. You're currently not getting enough fruit to count as one serving, and two salads (depending on the size of the salad) is roughly only 2 servings of vegetables - a far cry from the 5-10 servings of fruit or vegetables we should be getting every day. I suggest swapping either the cereal or toast in the morning snack for a piece of fruit and adding an evening snack of vegetables to help get you closer to a minimum of 5 servings.
