How do i get these birds to leave us alone?

There are 2 mockingbirds that chase my cat, swoop down on her and peck her, They make this loud-god-awful sound all the time. It wakes me and my neighbors up. I f the cat sits in the window they fly close and make tons of noise. i have always been a bird lover but these are driving me crazy.
