How imp is in Married life?

HI,I got married last year and my mother in law was seriously ill at that time...my husband got into some financial debt because of it. Also because of my fathe in law nature there has been constant tension in house. Because of all these issue right from beginning our ual life was not good right from beginning. We both love each other,my husband is very caring,but because of this tension he agrees it;s difficult for him to indulge into physical relationship that often. Now even I have started working and its been a good support for him and still I see the problem. What should I do. I want kids after a point, but with this way -its not possible. Every time I discuss he says he is tensed? I am not sure how to reach to a solution. Before we got married we had courtship of 2 years and he is a wonderfull man. Pls help.Sometimes i really question myself...if he really loves me?
