Can my ex-spouse take me to court for money to pay for her medical bills?

my ex-wife is sick and has stopped taking her medicine and is threatening to take me to court to pay her bills. I pay monthly child support and alimony. What she does with the money I don't know but can she take me to court to get more money from me to pay for her medical bills? Its been 5 yrs since we have been divorced
