1999 Nissan Pathfinder hesitating while driving & cuts off? Replaced M Air flow sensor, air & fuel filter.?

I've also had a tune up, used octane booster, fuel injection cleaners, and had the knock sensor checked...yet error codes are still showing P0100 & P0325
